so Weve been on tour now for 2 days now and we have a day off so i thought i would update you on the last few days events!
Day 1: London, South of the Border!
Leaving at about 4:45 wasnt the best of starts to the tour as we were already late and on track to hit all the rush our traffic which is exactly what we did!! eventually we arrived in london but to no surprise binders sat nav couldnt find the Venue at this point me, mark & neil had been dying for a piss for about 30 mins! & speed bumps are not a mans best friend when his bladder is full! :( No!!
We managed to find the venue which was conscealed inside a bar under a completely different name! which is always handy for out of town bands to find!! so we set up played the show was a cool little place with a good few people in there which i couldnt help but think were only there to see the last band but what can ya do! we got a good response and so did Maycomb!
The Maycomb boys found us a place to crash at their friend gemma's house which was awesome so we went brought a load of beer and partied up at hers! watching messed up videos on her laptop! (Two guys 1 Horse is not the 1!!)
The kd boys got to sleep in her basement which was awesome loads of matresses and cushions and after a night of Chris's Wet beer farts smelled rather bad! so we got up showered and left for ipswich not before taking a lovely picture of us all at the van! here it is.....
Day 2: Ipswich, The Rose & Crown!
We got to ipswich for about 5 went and met the Maycomb boys in Spoons for some food and a few beers! then headed over to the venue about 6:30!! We set everything up and chilled outside playing abit of footie in the carpark until the show started! we were on 2nd and the room was full of kids going crazy and singing along to all the new tracks which we were buzzing about & played the best we have for awhile! Good times! Maycomb came on after us and as allways played tight as fook! we sold out of all our merch and the album samplers went down a treat with the kids! £1 for the little beggars!
We are getting some new shirts delivered wednesday morning which sucks for 2moro's date in leicester but we will have them for the rest of the tour!The new tee was designed by Mr Will Blood of Chaos Days who will playing the next couple of dates with us which we are buzzin about!
Leicester 2moro night! bring on the party!!
